There's a huge gap between seeing information and doing something with it.
As someone who creates digital health content, I find myself wondering what happens in that space. What makes one person scroll past a health message while another shares it, researches it, or changes a behavior?
With so much learning happening through apps and social platforms, I'm curious how instructional design can shape not just what people know, but what they choose to do next.
Curious: What do you think is the biggest barrier between knowing something and acting on it in digital spaces?
